The property's excellent location near the work site, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and complimentary hot breakfast were highlighted by guests. However, no disadvantages were mentioned in the reviews.

The first room I was given was not ready: the lights and TV were on, the dirty linens were piled on the bed, and a large bag of trash was sitting in the middle of the floor. When I returned to the desk to ask for a different room, the attendant gave me a new room number, then immediately changed it, and although she had written it clearly on the card packet, she announced the room number loudly to everyone standing in the lobby. (I am a single woman, traveling alone, which was clear at check in.). The bathroom lights in the second room wouldn’t turn on, so I was back for a third try. This room was ready, and the bathroom lights worked, but the A/C was off — in July, in the South. I turned it on and left to get something for dinner, and it was bearable when I returned. But a privacy pen scan kept indicating a strong signal coming from the bathroom exhaust vent. (The rest of the room was clean.) So I kept the lights of when I used the bathroom and did not shower in there. And I woke up the next morning to roaches. The website mentioned a coffeemaker in the room, but there wasn’t one. The mini fridge was decently cold in the refrigerator portion, but the tiny freezer portion was not able to freeze a couple of lunchbox freezer packs over the 12+ hours they were in there. The bed was comfortable, but that’s about the only positive. The wi-if was nearly impossible to connect to when I needed to log in to an education site the next morning. The next time I come through the area, I will be sure to stay somewhere else.

Front desk clerk was welcoming and efficiently got me checked in. The room and facilities were clean and quiet (even with a lot of people staying). Breakfast was good and more than what I expected. Overall a very good stay and pleasant experience.
